Development team TouchDroid released a video earlier today. The video displays the program of multi-touch drivers they wrote can run seamlessly on TouchPad with Android 2.3.5 system. Now the modified Tablet PC can recognize up to 10 fingers touch of the command. Although this number seems a bit exaggerated, and most applications will not take advantage of this feature, in turn, it proved a feasibility on complete transplantation of Android system and the developers’ technical capacity.

The meaning of Multi-touch for Tablet PC is self-evident. With the success of this function’s grafting, the transplantation program has become more practical. It is not clear whether the group is trying to drive the WiFi or audio chip of the device in the Android system. Given to their success in achieving the dual-boot of Android system and the WebOS on TouchPad, all this is not impossible.
